一、產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢：

定值條件可設定時間： 0 ~9999小時59分鐘。

程式容量：可編輯120組程式×1500段,每段可設定時間0~99小時59分鐘，段數(shù)可任意分割,程式可自由相互聯(lián)結。

循環(huán)設定：可執(zhí)行9999×999回次數(shù)循環(huán),且可再切割出5組獨立之部份循環(huán)。

控制方式：先進斜率控制邏輯，采智能型PID+SSR/SCR正逆雙向同步輸出。

資料設定：觸控式對話框設定模式,操作簡易明確,內(nèi)建目錄數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)。

曲線繪制：實際運轉溫濕度曲線記錄、顯示;當程式設定的溫、濕度、時間資料完成,可立即轉成設定曲線。

時間訊號：3組時式控制輸出接口,搭配10種之時間控制模式,方便執(zhí)行外部驅動組件啟/停之時式規(guī)畫。

終了溫度：在完成測試時,可選擇執(zhí)行返回常溫之狀態(tài),以利測試物取出。

安全檢知：全功能之系統(tǒng)偵測,確保機臺運轉安全.并可自動顯示故障項目。

外部保護：獨立式超溫保護裝置,可設定受測對象的溫度上限保護。

通信接口：附RS-232及RS-485之標準通信接口裝置。

新能源電動汽車充電樁溫濕度振動綜合試驗箱主要用于航空、航天、船舶、兵器、電工、電子、汽車及汽車部品、摩托車、通訊、科研院所、計量等行業(yè)確定電工電子產(chǎn)品、儀器儀表或其他設備在運輸、存儲、使用過程中的可靠性試驗。主要由溫濕度試驗箱配合相應振動臺而成，可獨立完成相應的溫度、濕度、振動試驗(垂直、水平方向)及三種因素的組合試驗。

二、移動方式 Way of moving:

高低溫(濕熱)試驗箱導軌移動式

通過高低溫(濕熱)試驗箱在軌道上移動，與振動臺進行配合。

三、標準配合的兩種機型介紹

底面尺寸為600×800mm的042系列和1000×1000mm的102系列高低溫(濕熱)試驗箱作為標準配合系列。

四、箱底面活動底板的結構方式

試驗箱底面采用活動底板的結構方式，以便于與振動臺更好的配合。

對話式輸入方式的程序計測裝置

運用6.5英寸TFT彩色液晶顯示屏，采用觸摸對話式輸入方式。具有20個用戶可編輯程序，并內(nèi)藏10個標準試驗程序。

五、連接方式 Way of connection:

連接軸連接方式(垂直振動配合)振動臺通過連接軸伸入箱體內(nèi)，與試驗箱實現(xiàn)配合，達到復合試驗的效果。
